Resolved: You scammed me
Company resolved the issue.
Yes they contacted me at first they offered 30% then they offered 50% plus I could keep the doll. So I said yes just to be done with it.
I will never buy anything from them again.
I just want people to understand before you buy something make should you read the reviews and believe people when they say don't buy from someone and that it is a scam. I didn't think anything of it myself I should have read the reviews

Fraud ,scam Online purchase with chemical odor
I have not gotten my refund back...They are playing games with my money....And very dishonest...And selling online products with false advertising....I need my money back ...
This company is scamming people with fraud and online purchase product fraud. I need all of my money refunded to me..My Granddaughter birthday was ruined this was not the doll I ordered for her it looked nothing and I mean nothing like the doll I ordered for her birthday.. The doll smelled so bad as soon as my Granddaughter opened the box with the doll for her birthday October 18,2023...My Granddaughter began to cry really bad because the doll had the most strongest harsh chemical odor smell..And this was not the doll ...That they advertise online..
The chemical smell was on my granddaughter hands as well as mine ...No dolls should smell like a strong odor of chemicals like this . The chemical terrible chemical odor is absolutely horrible...

I ordered an avatar baby doll for my granddaughter before I read the reviews of this company. After reading the reviews I was nervous that I wasnt going to get the doll at all or it would be something that wasnt what I ordered.
However, my package was delivered today and it was fabulous.
I love it and I know she will too. The delivery time took 9 days to get delivered and I am a very satisfied customer.

Total scam
This company is a total scam. I ordered 3 different dolls from them as gifts for Christmas.
I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund including pictures of the damaged dolls, the crushed up birth certificates explained that I never received the third doll and that one of them is missing part of the clothing as pictured in the add. The only way to reach them is by email and they wait 3 or more days to respond and continue to send the exact same message. Please send pictures in order for them to resolve the issue. I've done that as well as asked for a shipping label and refund repeatedly and the continue to ignore my request.
Furthermore, the dolls that I did receive look nothing like they do online.
pacifier is supposed to be magnetic and does not stay on the mouth. Everything about this dolls is wrong

False advertisement, terrible craftsmanship and poor customer service
I ordered a reborn baby boy doll for my daughter for Christmas. I couldnt believe how real it looked on the website.
It came to 75$ Canadian, for a doll this lifelike and this cute why not. To my shock when I opened the package, this doll is hideous. I emailed stating my frustration that this doll didnt even look anything like the doll I ordered. I was told they used the same face mold it must be the clothing making it look different, and offered a 10% refund.
Absolutely not was my response. I want a 100% refund. I am out 75$ and cant give this to my daughter. I will attach pictures.
Save yourself the time and money and do not order from this company. What a scam!!!

Nothing has been resolved I am being given the run around for a doll that I purchased for my Granddaughter birthday that they sended me it has the most terrible odor and that smells like terrible chemicals ...I want a full refund for the fraud and online product fraud for the inconvenience for my Granddaughter birthday party being ruined...For the embarrassment of the smell and odor of this doll smelling so bad like chemicals...And for the fraud and scam of them posting dolls on a website that look one way online...And when you receive the doll the doll is a complete scam and almost every customer including myself has been very disappointed after waiting all of the time for a con and scam of a doll the looks nothing like what I order...And the terrible chemical odor and smell nothing has been resolved I am afraid to touch the doll again as well as my Granddaughter .. The chemical smell has my entire house smelling like terrible smelling chemicals...I want a fund refund..I am very upset and my Granddaughter birthday was ruined and all of her guest and there parents immediately left her birthday party because of the terrible smell and extreme chemical odor from the doll....My Granddaughter is now being bullied and laughed at in school Because the doll smelled so bad like chemicals...And the doll looked like a small cheap red headed Chucky doll ......The kids at her birthday the party were from her school...
